Alexandros Dani is a dynamic freelance woodwind musician based in the UK, specializing in saxophones, clarinets, and flutes across jazz, classical, and musical theatre. A First-Class Honours graduate of the Royal College of Music and Winifred Law Scholar, Alex has performed with leading ensembles including the London Musical Theatre Orchestra and the National Youth Jazz Orchestra, and has recorded at Abbey Road Studios.

His performance credits span high-profile theatre productions such as Something Rotten! (Theatre Royal Drury Lane), Grease (UK Tour), and White Christmas (Mill at Sonning), showcasing his versatility across a broad range of woodwind instruments. Alex has appeared with the Royal Shakespeare Company and on international stages with Cunard’s Queen Elizabeth.

 

 

Teaching Style

As an educator, Alex teaches saxophone, clarinet, and flute to students of all levels, drawing from his rich background in classical, jazz, pop, and musical theatre styles. Alex loves to tailor specifically to each individual to ensure the most enjoyable and efficient outcome. Alex is also an experienced session musician and has collaborated with top industry figures in both live and studio settings.
