My teaching method is designed to be engaging, immersive, and versatile, ensuring that each student’s individual needs and learning style are met. I draw on practical acting techniques combined with creative exercises to help you understand and internalize acting concepts.

Key elements of my method include:

• Physical and Emotional Exploration: I encourage students to connect with their physicality and emotions, as both are key to creating believable performances. We explore movement exercises, voice work, and emotion-based improvisations to unlock a deeper understanding of characters and scenes.

• Scene Study and Role Play: We dive into scene study where we analyze text, dissect characters’ objectives, and rehearse scenes together. Role play helps students embody different characters and navigate emotional depth.

• Improvisation: Improvisation is a crucial part of my method, as it encourages spontaneity, creativity, and adaptability. We often incorporate improv games to improve your confidence, listening skills, and ability to think on your feet.

• Text Analysis and Monologue Work: I guide students through analyzing monologues, understanding the subtext, and creating strong, believable choices. I also help with audition preparation, focusing on delivering monologues with conviction and authenticity.

• Feedback and Reflection: I offer constructive feedback in a supportive and encouraging manner. My aim is to build your confidence, so you can continue to grow as an actor.
