Michele Tway

I am a 4th generation fiber artist living in Hendersonville, NC. I have been crocheting since childhood and have been making stuffed and 3-dimensional works in yarn and fabric for over 40 years. More often than not, I can be found working on my whimsical mixed media and freeform crochet bird and bear sculptures or my lace and figurative crochet earrings. I have always shared my love of the creative arts with others and have been teaching formal crochet classes since 2019 and teaching at SAFF since 2023.
