About

Hi, my name is Tayman —a vocal coach, artist, and producer with a deep love for helping people unlock their voice. I’ve trained in classical and contemporary styles for over a decade, but my heart lies in helping singers find their own unique sound—whether you're a total beginner, returning to voice, or a working creative looking to refine your edge.

My lessons are warm, supportive, and rooted in both technical precision and expressive freedom. I specialize in:

  • Building vocal strength & stamina without strain

  • Expanding range and navigating registers (belt, mix, head voice, etc.)

  • Finding your authentic tone and emotional connection to songs

  • Vocal production and recording confidence for singer-songwriters

I’ve worked with artists across genres—from alt-pop to neo-soul to theatrical styles—and tailor every session to your goals, voice, and vibe. If you’re looking for a grounded, holistic approach to voice that honors your creative identity, I’d love to work with you!

Teaching Style

My teaching is holistic. Our whole body is our instrument so we must take the whole body into account. We look at one's vocal anatomy, brain, nervous system, musculoskeletal system and mental health.

Every lesson is catered to the individual. No two students' lessons look exactly the same. Literally. I listen for what others can't hear to pin point exactly what is happening in your voice. I then call upon my knowledge and experience to help tackle what's going on.

My students come to me wondering what is wrong with them. Why are they not progressing? Why does it hurt? Why can't they match pitch?

There is nothing wrong with them. They don't have the information to understand what is really getting in the way of their voice or the toolkit to fix it.  I give that to them.

My goal is to help my students become confident, independent vocalists. Singers who can hear what's happening and know exactly how to fix it themselves.

When you enter a lesson it should feel like entering a playground. We are here to play, explore, and learn about our voice. Build a relationship with it. How to hear what it is telling us and how to support it.

Our voices are capable of creating an astounding range of sounds and textures. I want you to have a full palette so you have no boundaries in your vocal expression.
