About

Hi, I’m Nico! A professional mixing engineer, producer, and composer who is passionate about helping artists bring their unique sound to life.

As an Abbey Road Institute and Durham University music graduate, and the manager of Meridian Sound Studios in London, I oversee all stages of music creation—from initial recording sessions to the final mix and creative direction. This broad experience gives me a unique perspective on what artists and producers need to perfect their productions and stand out.

Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of musicians and artists across jazz, indie, pop, and cinematic genres. Alongside this, I compose music for theatre and short films, which has deepened my understanding of storytelling through sound and sharpened my creative approach to production.

- Gaining confidence navigating your DAW (Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Pro Tools, etc.) and integrating plugins efficiently
- Understanding the essentials of mixing for different genres and styles
-Exploring vocal production and editing techniques
- Tips for managing sessions and workflow to stay organized and creative

My teaching style is friendly, patient, and project-focused. I believe every session should leave you with tangible progress and practical tools to continue developing your skills independently.
