Yvette Rodriguez is a lifelong performer whose passion for the stage began at just five years old. She has trained extensively in theater and performing arts in Detroit, New York, and Los Angeles.
As a singer, Yvette has shared the stage with several major artists, including an unforgettable performance with the legendary Queen of Soul, Ms. Aretha Franklin, as a backup vocalist at both the Greek Theater and the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
Her love for music has also led her to perform with the L.A. Opera Zarzuela Project at Our Lady of Angels Cathedral. Beyond singing, Yvette has modeled for major brands such as Burlington, Vons, Albertsons, Glucerna, and TBN, showcasing her versatility as an artist.
While music will always be a core part of her life, Yvette is currently focused on expanding her work in television, film, commercial acting, and directing—further solidifying her status as a true all-around performer.
Teaching Style
Prior Experience
I’ve been performing since the age of five, with formal training in Theater and Performing Arts in Detroit, New York, and Los Angeles. As a singer, I’ve had the honor of performing alongside legendary artists, including the Queen of Soul, Ms. Aretha Franklin, at the Greek Theater and Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
I’ve also sung with the L.A. Opera Zarzuela Project at Our Lady of Angels Cathedral and have modeled for major brands such as Burlington, Vons, Albertsons, Glucerna, and TBN.
Currently, I’m expanding my work in television, film, and commercial acting, while continuing to share my love for music and performance.
Curriculum
Teaching Method- Teaching others is my "Passion".
My workshops focus on building confidence, authenticity, and emotional connection—skills that are essential for any performer. I combine practical acting techniques with real-world performance insights from my experience on stage, in film, and in commercials.
Students can expect a supportive, encouraging environment where we explore:
