About

I am a Colombian singer specialized in lyrical singing and traditional Andean music. My artistic journey began in 2009, and since then I have performed with several ensembles and as a soloist, achieving recognition at national festivals and competitions. I am currently completing my Bachelor of Music in Classical Singing at the Conservatory of Tolima, under the guidance of the master Viviana Rojas.

With over a decade of stage and teaching experience, I am passionate about helping students discover the expressive power of their voices by combining classical technique with the richness of Colombian and Latin American repertoire.

Classes are also available in Spanish.

Teaching Style

My approach is tailored to each student’s goals. I focus on developing a healthy vocal technique—breathing, support, vocal placement, and resonance—while also working on interpretation and stage presence. Whether you want to strengthen your classical technique, prepare for competitions or auditions, or simply explore your voice in a safe and inspiring environment, I guide you step by step.

Curriculum

My teaching method is based on developing a solid vocal technique through breathing exercises, vocal warm-ups, and resonance placement. I combine elements of classical training with practical tools for popular and traditional singing. I encourage students to explore their own voice while building healthy habits and musical expression.

Depending on the student’s level and goals, I may recommend resources such as:

  • Concone: Fifty Lessons for Medium Voice (for vocalises and technical exercises)

  • Selected Schirmer or Ricordi anthologies of art songs and arias (for classical repertoire)

  • Anthologies of Colombian and Latin American songs (for traditional repertoire)

However, I always adapt the material to each student’s interests. Students are also welcome to bring songs or repertoire they would like to work on.
