I help students of all ages build confidence and enjoy making music — from complete beginners to those who’ve gone on to perform at Carnegie Hall, sing Off-Broadway, and earn spots at top conservatories.

For the past 15+ years, I’ve taught piano (ages 6+) and voice (ages 11+) to kids, teens, and adults of all levels. My lessons are online, interactive, and tailored to each student’s goals — whether you want to sing your favorite songs, prepare for auditions, or simply enjoy making music.

Whether you’re just starting out, preparing for an audition, or returning to music after years away, I’d love to hear about your goals. I offer a free 15-minute intro session so we can meet, talk about what you’d like to achieve, and get a feel for lessons together. Message me to set up your first lesson and start building confidence and skill right away.

Teaching Style

When starting with a new student, I always begin with a free 15-minute intro session. It’s a chance to get to know each other, talk about your goals, and try a few techniques so you can experience my approach firsthand.

For Kids & Teens
I keep lessons fun and engaging while building solid musical foundations. Parents are welcome to join the intro call so we can talk about practice, scheduling, and ways to keep students motivated at home.

For Adults
Whether you’re preparing for an audition, building long-term skills, or simply rediscovering music, lessons are clear, encouraging, and personalized to your pace and interests.

How Online Lessons Work
My online lessons are interactive and engaging — students stay connected through real-time feedback, music theory games, and clear practice strategies they can use from home.

Overall Teaching Style
Across all ages, I draw on 15+ years of experience to create a lesson plan that fits each student’s goals. My teaching style is:

  • Supportive and encouraging — progress happens step by step

  • Interactive and practical — tools you can apply right away

  • Flexible in style — classical, musical theatre, pop, contemporary, rock, country, and jazz

  • Confidence-building — helping students feel prepared for performances, auditions, and everyday music-making

Curriculum

Teaching Method

I provide custom warm-ups, technical exercises, and song recommendations tailored to each student. Materials are chosen collaboratively so learning feels both structured and inspiring. All materials are easily shared digitally, and I provide online practice strategies and sheet music/exercises as needed.

Piano (ages 6 and up):
Method books like Faber Piano Adventures (younger students) or Alfred Adult All-In-One (adults), progressing to classical repertoire, technique books, or lead sheets based on goals.

Voice (ages 11 and up):
We select songs together based on technical goals and the music the student most loves to sing. Repertoire may include classical (24 Italian Songs & Arias), Musical Theatre Anthologies, or contemporary/pop styles.
