Hi! I’m Vanessa, a bilingual English and Spanish speaker with a lifelong passion for singing and music. I graduated from New York University with a degree in Psychology and Business Studies, which helps me understand how students learn and how to structure lessons for maximum progress. I’ve been singing in chorus classes since I can remember, have had my own private vocal training, and studied private Jazz guitar, which helps me understand musicality, phrasing, and expression.

Professionally, I’ve worked with Sofar Sounds in both New York City and Madrid as a concert MC, gaining firsthand experience in live performance and stage presence. I’ve also lived in Spain for two years, teaching ESL at a plurilingual primary school, which strengthened my teaching skills, communication, and ability to adapt lessons to each student’s needs.

Musically, I explore Spanish-language music, contemporary styles, and singer-songwriter repertoire, and I help students sing clearly and confidently in English while maintaining their own musical identity.

My lessons are personalized, expressive, and results-driven. I focus on accent clarity, pronunciation, and musical expression, so you can sing English lyrics with confidence and authenticity.
