Master your favorite songs on Piano, Guitar, or Voice while gaining the technical tools to express yourself fluently. With 15 years of performance experience, I help students of all levels build confidence and have fun through a personalized musical roadmap.
My background is diverse: I received my Bachelors in Arts in Music Ministry in 2020 at Lincoln Christian University, Lincoln, IL. I served as a Director of Sacred Music at Dwight United Methodist Church in Dwight, IL from 2022-2025. In that time, I produced music to subsidize missing instruments, lead vocals piano and guitar, and directed a choir. I have given private lessons in jazz (2022-2024), pop (2020-2025), samba (2025-2026), and country (2024-2025) at Dwight United Methodist Church and traveling to people's homes. These lessons range from guitar to piano to voice. This breadth allows me to teach you not just how to play and produce, but how to adapt to any musical environment.
Teaching Style
As an educator, you will receive a personalized, non-judgmental environment. The first lesson will be focused on making a roadmap to help you grow as a musician in a productive and enjoyable way. The ultimate goal is to help my students play music confidently and have fun while doing it.
Curriculum
Generally, my method of teaching is asking for 2 songs to practice, and giving them one specific objective to work on at a time.
