About
I am a professional musician and teacher with an international background. I hold two degrees in cello and a degree in classical vocal performance.
I have performed in orchestras, as a soloist and chamber musician, and I have several years of teaching experience with students of different ages and levels.
I offer lessons in cello, piano (beginner to intermediate) and classical vocal technique. My lessons focus on developing strong technical foundations, musical expression and confidence in performance.
I also speak several languages, including Russian (native), Italian and English, which helps me work with students from different backgrounds.
My goal as a teacher is to create a supportive and inspiring learning environment where students can develop both their technical skills and their musical creativity.
Teaching Style
My teaching style is supportive, structured and adapted to each student’s level and goals. I believe that every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to the individual needs and interests of each learner.
During lessons we focus on building strong technical foundations, healthy posture and sound production. I also encourage musical expression, listening skills and confidence in performance.
I work with both beginners and intermediate students, helping them develop technique, musical understanding and enjoyment of music. I aim to create a positive and motivating learning environment where students feel comfortable and inspired to grow.
Curriculum
My teaching method focuses on building a strong technical foundation while developing musical expression and confidence. I work on posture, bow technique, intonation and sound production, adapting each lesson to the student’s level and goals.
Lessons include technical exercises, scales and repertoire appropriate to the student’s experience. I also encourage active listening and musical interpretation to help students develop their artistic voice.
Recommended study materials may include exercises and studies from traditional cello methods such as Dotzauer, Feuillard and other classical cello studies, as well as selected repertoire appropriate to the student’s level.
