Teaching Style
My teaching style is supportive, structured, and student-centered. I strive to create a positive and focused learning environment where singers feel comfortable exploring their voice while building healthy and reliable vocal technique.
I believe that every voice is unique, so lessons are tailored to the individual needs, goals, and experience level of each student. Whether a student is a beginner discovering their voice or an advanced singer preparing for auditions and performances, I aim to guide them with patience, clear explanations, and practical demonstrations.
As a performer, I emphasize the importance of both technical development and musical expression. In lessons, students are encouraged to develop not only vocal strength and freedom, but also confidence, artistry, and stylistic understanding.
My goal is to help singers build a strong technical foundation while developing the musical and interpretive skills needed for expressive and confident performance.
Curriculum
My teaching method combines classical vocal pedagogy with practical exercises designed to help singers develop efficient and healthy vocal production. Lessons typically include guided warm-ups, technical vocalises, and repertoire work that help students understand how to coordinate breath support, resonance, and vocal freedom.
Key areas of focus include:
•Breath support and body awareness
•Resonance and tone development
•Healthy vocal production and vocal freedom
•Diction and pronunciation for classical repertoire (Italian, French, German)
•Musical phrasing and interpretation
•Repertoire preparation and performance practice
Students also learn practical strategies for effective practice between lessons, helping them build consistency and long-term vocal development.
For more advanced singers, lessons may also include audition preparation, role study, stylistic interpretation, and stage awareness.
My aim is to provide singers with both the technical tools and musical understanding needed to grow as confident and expressive performers.
