About

I am a self-taught musician, I have no specialized studies.
For 20 years I have dedicated my life to studying the guitar. I am also a poet and a member of the Romanian Writers' Union.
Poetry helps me a lot in the musical process, because I like to combine music with text.

I have published 4 music books:
Introduction to the study of electric guitar;
Guitar for beginners.
Learn to play jazz guitar.
The book of arpeggios.

I have participated in national and international festivals specialized in guitar. At some I had performances (concerts), at others music workshops, and at others I was, together with the jury and staff, at the forefront of organizational activities. Examples may include: Iași Guitar Festival, Severin Guitar Fest.
I received the diploma of excellence from the Portable Music Association.

I am an official partner of the UNESCO International Academy of Art and the Trinity College London Center in running the World Guitar Day project.

I have earned very good reviews from some of the world's leading guitarists, including Jonathan Kreisberg, Walter Rodrigues, and Emir Hot.

I actively mentors at acoustic guitar camps, such as those held in the Râmeț, Transilvania. During these events, she leads practical workshops and performs micro-recitals in “Acustic Live Show” events.

I have also been selected and participated in international projects such as the world premiere of Sergio Assad's song "Scient, Safe and Sane", a project launched on the Guitar Salon International channel in July 2020.

I was named Artist of the Week and featured on the cover photo of the Modern Jazz Guitar and Bass group, where I was promoted by guitarist and author Jack Zucker.

I collaborated with the Romanian Cultural Institute (ICR) in Brussels as part of cultural diplomacy events aimed at promoting contemporary Romanian artists in Europe. My visit and activity in Brussels were tied to my dual status as a writer and musician.

I have performed numerous concerts for children (with music and texts composed by me, with puppets, with live instruments and interactive dance, music, text performances).

I have been featured in numerous national and international literary magazines, including several cover appearances that also highlighted my experience as a guitarist.

I have composed several music albums: "Psalm X": A collaborative album with guitarist and composer Andrei Roșulescu. It features psalms versified by me and set to music, delivered as a warm acoustic guitar and vocal duet;
"Miss Miller Was Incredibly Strange" ("Domnișoara Miller era nespus de ciutată"): Another conceptual singer-songwriter album where I wrote both the lyrics and the music, blending literary sensitivity with guitar arrangements;

"Onirojazz";

"Herghelii de sunete-mi ies din piept".

I composed music and libretto for theatre:
"Youth and old age and life without death was a girl with a long neck, a student at the Arts" - an experimental jazz opera, a musical fusion project created alongside Andrei Roșulescu.

I am also the author of 4 guitar books, dedicated to both beginners and advanced players. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced guitarist looking to improve your skills, my lessons are adapted to your level, goals, and musical interests.
