I was highly influenced by a private music teacher I had when I was 16 who propelled me to complete an Associates degree in music in Australia. I moved to the states around 2007 and lived in the Philadelphia/NJ area up until 3 years ago when my wife and I moved to Washington state.

Education and Background Ashley Serrano is a passionate guitarist and music educator based in the vibrant Silicon Valley Area. Born in Modesto, California, she taught herself electric guitar at age 14, drawing inspiration from legendary guitarists including Jimi Hendrix, Eddie Van Halen, Prince, Steve Vai, and John Petrucci.

Bio: I am a 29-year-old graduate of Jazz Performance studies at the prestigious Capilano University and an experienced music educator who has afforded himself lessons from the very best in the world. Jeremy Ferrara is a singer-songwriter, guitarist, and teacher. Since graduating with a B.A. in physics from UC Santa Barbara, Jeremy has spent the last 6 years teaching music, touring the US and Europe, and making records with numerous bands ranging from folk to rock to jazz.

Timothy A. Helisek is the first place winner of the 2004 edition of the Normandale Composer’s Competition for his classical chamber piece 'Beauty in Sadness.' 'Dancing Towards the Sun,' also a chamber piece, won first place in the same competition in 2005, as well as second place in the Minnesota Music Educators Association Composition Contest the same year.
