Hello! I am Amanda, from Canada. I have over ten years of experience as a private and school teacher and a passion to share my knowledge! For me, teaching is a way of life now and I couldn’t live without it! I went to the University of Calgary (2014-2018) for music, where I focused on education, pedagogy and French horn performance.

For over 33 years as a musician and 29 years as an educator for all grade levels and teachers alike, I have the experience of learning from my previous students and applying more efficient techniques to current and future ones. Much like my students, I work towards learning the most innovative techniques while foreseeing the trends of the future in music and education.

I have worked as a full-time music teacher at independent schools and international schools in New York City, India and Mozambique.

I am a professional musician and anthropologist with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Music Stage Directing and a Master's degree in Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology. I have also specialised in Opera Dramaturgy and Music Analysis. My work focuses on the intersection of music, culture and history, combining academic research with practical application.

With over a decade of experience in music education, I've pursued both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Teaching and Performing Arts (Cello) from the esteemed Komitas State Conservatory of Yerevan, graduating as an honor student. As the former Principal Committee member at Hamazkayin Music School, I oversaw the school's operations and contributed to its growth and success.

I am a professional teacher, trumpeter and conductor who graduated from the Royal College of Music (2022) and The University of Edinburgh (2018), both with First class degrees. In the past year, I have worked with BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, BBC National Orchestra of Wales, Czech Chamber Philharmonic, Bohuslav Martinů Philharmonic among others.

I’m a professional composer, arranger, and orchestrator from Cyprus, specializing in concert music, theater, and crossover music. My work has been performed by major ensembles, including the National Radio Symphony Orchestra of Greece (ERT), and I’ve collaborated with internationally renowned artists across multiple genres.
