Francesco Quarata (b. 2000, Salerno) is an Italian bassoonist who earned his Master’s degree and Postgraduate diploma at the Universität Mozarteum Salzburg under Maestro Marco Postinghel. He previously studied at the Conservatorio “G. Martucci” in Salerno and at the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome with Maestro Francesco Bossone.

I’m Xale Slusser, a Los Angeles–based bassoonist and oboist with degrees in performance, composition, and ethnomusicology from Ohio Northern University, the California Institute of the Arts, and UCLA. I teach Bassoon and Oboe (all levels) as well as Saxophones (SATB) and Clarinets (Sopranino–Contra Alto).

Bassoonist Nicholas Akdag has performed throughout North America, Europe and Asia, and regularly performs throughout Southern California with groups like the The Los Angeles Philharmonic, Kaleidoscope Chamber Orchestra, Redlands Symphony, and others.Nick studied at the State Conservatory of Music Berlin "Hanns Eisler" (Berlin, Germany) with Prof. Volker Tessmann.

Alison has taught over 20,000 lessons in various instruments and voice to over 550 students in private lessons and small groups, in person and online. Her students range from age 3 through adults. Alison is the co-owner of Strand Studios in NJ.

Lee Quick teaches acoustic guitar, electric guitar, songwriting, bassoon, music theory and live performance, using a holistic and minimalist musical approach. Lee has also led week-long seminars in acoustic guitar, music theory and songwriting for the National Guitar Workshop summer programs in New Orleans, Austin, Chicago and Nashville.
