Hi there! My name is Steve, and I am a music instructor currently based in Oklahoma. I have over 30 years of teaching experience, with 25 of those years in professional, private schools of instruction. I teach a wide variety of music styles, including blues, rock, pop, classical, country, and bluegrass.

Skully Lawrence is a native of Sierra Vista, AZ and moved to Norwich, England at age 21 to play with an American childhood friend and 3 British lads in a band named “Allied Forces”. After much touring and efforts to launch the band he returned to Phoenix, AZ. Within a couple of years he joined up with Lurch Killz (original bass player for Sacred Reich).

If you’ve been jumping between YouTube videos, learning new licks every week but still feel stuck — you’re not alone. What I’ve learned from working with many students is this: Most guitarists don’t struggle because they lack ability. They struggle because their practice lacks focus, clarity and a correct pacing. That’s what I provide.

My goal is to cultivate excitement in my students and keep learning fun and interesting. We will focus on what it is that gravitates you to the guitar, and break down what you will need to learn to gain the freedom you are looking for. My aim is that you will always continue to pick up the guitar on your own out of the joy of playing, instead of feeling like you have to.

My name is Robert Parrish. I am a classically trained guitarist who has been versed in jazz guitar. I have played guitar for 30 years in November and have taught guitar and ukulele for the past 7 years. At Piano Central Studios I was the only studio location guitar instructor for 5 out of my nearly 6 years.

I've been playing guitar for over two decades, and I've been offering in-person guitar and bass lessons for several years. I have taught across all ages and skill levels. I have also taught undergraduate-level philosophy for over ten years. I'm a natural educator, and I have an abiding passion for all types of guitar-based music, but especially for rock and metal.
