I hold a Bachelor of Musical Arts in Songwriting from Berklee College of Music, where I studied under department chairs in Songwriting, Harmony, and Bass Guitar, and attended masterclasses with legends like James Taylor, Paul Simon, and Victor Wooten.

I have been teaching guitar for over 25 years. I started teaching almost as soon as I began playing as I wanted to make music with my friends. I grew up playing classic rock and metal and gravitated towards jazz in my teen years. I attended Berklee College Of Music and The New School Jazz Program.

My name is Chris Collier and I am a professional musician living and working in Nashville, Tennessee. I have been gigging professionally since 2015 and teaching private lessons since 2014.

Kayla Zuskin is a guitarist, songwriter and producer located in Asheville, NC. She plays guitar in local bands, records and produces out of the Cat's Claw Studio and plays her original music under the moniker Lavender Blue.

Teaching private lessons for 15 years, my students have ranged in age from six to eighty years old. I work with beginning to advanced guitarists. Everyone, elementary students, hobbyists, singer-songwriters, and performing musicians are welcome in my studio. My goal as a teacher is to help students of all levels improve with their weekly lessons.
