Mary Jewell’s love of music began at the age of 5, when her father gave her lessons on the accordion. The piano followed at the age of 6, and many other interests came later including the clarinet, guitar, bass guitar, and bassoon.

Music has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up diving into every music-related extracurricular I could find, and later completed the sound engineering program at Africa Digital Media Institute.

Hi I'm Joey! I'm a guitarist and bassist living in the Nashville area. I've been professionally gigging/recording for over 10 years, and teaching for over 5. I attribute The Beatles to the reason that I fell in love with the guitar.

I started playing clarinet in a very good public school band program. My high school band was good enough to perform at Yankee Stadium during the World Series in 1976. Upon graduating from high school in 1980 I attended Montclair State University where I studied clarinet, saxophone and flute, graduating in 1986 with a degree in music education. I have 15 years of experience

My background and formal education is in classical music, and I play contemporary styles like Pop, R&B, Gospel and Jazz. I have more than 25 years experience as a private piano teacher, performer and composer. I enjoy teaching students on all levels from beginners to advanced, age 12 to seniors.
