Hi! My name is Nuria and I’m a a pianist, keyboardist and composer from Buenos Aires, Argentina. My musical training began at age 8 in the children's program at the Buenos Aires Conservatory "Manuel de Falla," where I earned a degree in Music Technician.

I am a qualified and experienced jazz, classical and contemporary piano teacher with over 18 years of teaching experience. At the age of 17, I completed my grade 8 classical piano cum laude and grade 6 theory of music from UNISA. I was subsequently invited to participate in the UNISA Music Scholarship Competition.

Hi, and welcome to my teaching profile :) Main subjects and instruments include electric guitar, bass guitar, acoustic guitar, ukulele, cajon, drumkit, music theory, improvisation, percussion, aural skills (ear training), eurythmics (internalizing rhythm), sight-reading, classical guitar and flamenco guitar. In my late teens, I played in a variety of rock and jazz groups and began to take interest in classical music.

Shortly after graduating from the Guitar Institute of Technology (GIT) at Musicians Institute in 1991, I was able to make a living as a musician, giving guitar lessons during the day, and playing gigs with various bands at night. After a few years of this, I got a little tired of the gigs, but I never got tired of the teaching.
