Hi! My name is Jonas, I’m 29 years old, and I’ve been playing guitar from the age of six. I started teaching at 14 and have worked with students of all ages, ranging from 6 to 50 years old. My musical roots lie in (progressive) metal, but my horizons expanded significantly through years of traveling in the Orient.

Gavin grew up in Snoqualmie, Washington and studied guitar with Davey French, guitarist of the rock band Everclear for 6+ plus years. At the age of 16, he started to play guitar in multiple cover bands while also participating in the Mount Si Band program. ​In 2012, Gavin began teaching private and group guitar classes at Big Star Studios in his hometown of Snoqualmie.

Hello! I’m Correy and I am a guitarist, bassist and songwriter based in Los Angeles. My eastern and western music influences stem from my time spent growing up in Singapore and California. Following my passion in music, I attended Los Angeles College of Music, and pursued a Bachelor’s of Music in Guitar Performance.

Ian began playing guitar around the age of ten when he got his first hand-me-down guitar from his older brother. At first he learned to play primarily by ear, learning songs from recordings that he loved, a skill that has proven invaluable to this day.

My name is Dave Cipriani, I have been playing guitar for over 30 years, and professionally for 20. I have a BA in Classical Guitar Performance from St. Mary's College of Maryland, an MFA in World Music Performance from California Institute of the Arts. I currently mainly play 20-string Indian Slide Guitar and 7-string classical guitar in improvised styles.

Born and raised in Billings, Montana, I am entering my fourth decade as a music teacher and theater coach in Eugene, Oregon, where I remained after graduating from the University of Oregon School of Music in 1994.

I am Emil Georgiev, born on May 15, 1991, in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a professional guitarist, I have dedicated my life to the art of music, with a focus on classical, electric, and jazz guitar. My formal training began with private lessons in classical guitar under Prof. Daniel Ribarov from 1997 to 2002.

Bio: Jay Harootunian is a nationally touring artist with the Americana roots band Mojo Birds. His teaching background includes Adjunct Professor of Guitar at San Juan College, band coaching, artist development, and Songwriting Studio Online. He is also the founder of the Durango Sound Project and serves as the Vermont State Coordinator for Music Link.
