Hey there! I'm Emily Zimmer, a music lesson teacher with 25 years of experience in recording, performing, and playing guitar, bass guitar, and writing music professionally. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of teaching music lessons and classes to thousands of students for over 18 years.

Welcome, students! I’m a flamenco and classical guitarist based in Seville, Spain, with seventeen years of teaching experience. I specialize in teaching flamenco compás, technique, and repertoire and in guiding classical guitarists in developing their technique, repertoire, sight-reading and interpretive skills.

Alison has taught over 20,000 lessons in various instruments and voice to over 550 students in private lessons and small groups, in person and online. Her students range from age 3 through adults. Alison is the co-owner of Strand Studios in NJ.

Matt Macaulay is a professional Guitarist and Singer-Songwriter. He has been teaching music to students of all ages, privately and in groups, since 1997. After graduating from William Paterson University with a Bachelors Degree in Jazz Performance , Matt spent 10 years in New York City working as a freelance musician and operating the Macaulay Guitar Studio.

2020 Acoustic Guitar Teacher of the Year - Lessonface An active musician for over two decades, Sam has been teaching Guitar and Music Theory privately since 2014. After earning a Masters Degree in Ethnomusicology from the University of Chicago, Sam moved to Colorado to manage a small music shop and teach.
