Music has always been my life’s compass. The year 2004 marked a turning point when I decided to fully embrace this passion, enrolling at Saint Louis College of Music in Rome. Under the expert guidance of M° Lello Panico, I graduated in 2009 with a degree in modern guitar. Since then, I’ve been fortunate to perform and teach both in Italy and internationally.

Not just another sideman, Adam continues to break barriers through his own work as a performer, guitarist, producer, and his continued cross-genre artistry and collaborations with top artists around the world.

The goal is to instill a love of music in each student and to develop a students maximum potential from paid performance to a student who plays for pleasure and enjoyment. I'm a graduate of Berklee College Music. I've been playing professionally for over 15 years, and in that time I've played almost every style you can think of. I've played in rock bands, blues bands, country bands, celtic groups, jazz combos, solo finger style gigs, and I've worked extensively as a pit musician.

During his 25+ year career as a professional musician, Alex Prol has been a teacher for over 16 years at renowned music schools in both Brazil and the US. He went to Berklee College of Music where he was voted top 5 guitar player of the year in 1998. After college, he started teaching music.

I am a guitarist, composer, and educator living in New York City. I'd first like to introduce myself as a performer. Although it's not necessary for every teacher to be active as a performer, I'd like to highlight some of my career as a musician. I have played in a wide array of settings, from small jazz clubs to large outdoor festivals and concert halls.

I've been teaching privately since 2012 and have experience teaching all age groups. I received my Bachelors degree in Audio Recording/Engineering with a minor in Jazz Performance and a Masters degree in Composition/Arranging. I create detailed lesson plans based on each student's individual needs and create a fun environment for each student to grow as a musician.
