I've been making music since the age of 5 and have been teaching since I was 15.

I am based on the Malteese island of Gozo but I originate from South East London in the UK where I went to Sedgehill Comprehensive School the same school as the rock band ' Status Quo' who were older than me but went to the guitar club there. Sedgehill School has now been converted into a music academy due to the success of its music students.

I have 20+ years with over 20,000 hours of musical instrument teaching experience and a total of 30 years of guitar playing experience with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from the Chicago Music College of Roosevelt University. I teach acoustic guitar (6 & 12 string), electric guitar, classical guitar, jazz guitar, ukulele, bass (5 string), and tenor banjo (Irish tuning).

Asher is a multi-instrumentalist, teacher, and composer who specializes in plucked string instruments including guitar, bass guitar, double bass, banjo, and ukulele. He aims to blend popular, folk, and historical styles as they relate to these instruments.

Matt Macaulay is a professional Guitarist and Singer-Songwriter. He has been teaching music to students of all ages, privately and in groups, since 1997. After graduating from William Paterson University with a Bachelors Degree in Jazz Performance , Matt spent 10 years in New York City working as a freelance musician and operating the Macaulay Guitar Studio.
