I’m a professional saxophonist and improviser with 35 years of experience, specialising in tone, technique, and creative approaches to improvisation. My teaching combines jazz, modal language and Indian classical concepts to help you build a confident, expressive voice on the saxophone — whether you are a complete beginner, returning player or an experienced musician.

I hold master’s and Ph.D. degrees in North Indian Classical Music (Vocal). I have taught Indian Classical Vocal Music to undergraduate students and trained students to tune the tanpura and play instruments such as harmonium and tabla for solo performances as well as part of an ensemble for 8 years.

Arul Seth is a CCRT Scholarship holder awarded by the Ministry of Culture, Govt. Of India and also a gold medalist in music from Delhi University. He is an All India Radio empanelled artist.
