I am currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Saxophone Performance at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. Prior to this, I lived and studied in Malaysia, where I obtained my bachelor's degree and taught private saxophone lessons to students of various ages, as well as coached saxophone sections at local middle and high schools.

Hi! I’m a friendly and experienced band teacher specializing in beginner to intermediate students on flute, oboe, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone and French horn. I also offer advanced lessons on clarinet. I love working with students ages 9–18 and helping them build strong fundamentals, confidence, and a love for music.

I have been teaching piano, strings, and band instruments (flute, oboe, clarinet, saxophone, bassoon, trumpet, trombone, and drums) for more than 30 years in the public schools as well as privately. I have instructed large groups and ensembles, as well as smaller musical groups in and out of the public schools.

I have been performing and teaching music for many years in a variety of situations and trained at the Royal Academy of Music (London) and King's College. As a wind player (Clarinet, Saxophone, Flute and Recorder) I perform regularly in orchestras as a soloist and orchestral player and my piano skills are used as an accompanist.

I have played saxophone for over 3 years and I have helped more than 40 musicians get started playing both Alto and Tenor. I took my lessons both at the private conservatory "Chopin" and the regional conservatory of Monastir city. I also have joined multiple events and musical groups within the JCM; Jazz Club of Monastir and the International Street Music Club.
