I've been a professional musician since the age of 14 having the good luck of being able to play all across America, Alaska, Europe, South America, Central America and Indonesia. I've played in big bands, latin bands, funk bands, classic rock bands, jazz bands, recording studios, TV, pit bands, and original bands. I love teaching Sax, Trumpet, Guitar, Theory, and Improv.

Bruce has been teaching music lessons for almost 30 years. After graduating with a performance degree in Jazz Studies from the Hartt School of Music, Bruce decided to become part of the Waldorf school movement where he worked as a full time elementary classroom teacher for five years and then for eleven years as a music teacher.

Hello, My name is Reyna Carroll, I teach Clarinet and Alto Saxophone. I hold a master's degree in music education and have taught in the school system for 5 years now. I was awarded teacher of the year in my school district and voted best music teacher by my local newspaper.

BIO

I am a New York based alto and soprano saxophonist. In 2017 I graduated with honors from the B.F.A. jazz performance program at the City College of New York. After working as musician in New York City for a couple of years I have released my debut album Time to Begin in 2018.

I like to work within the Jazz and Brazilian music styles. Besides developing reading skills, improvisation theory and creativity, I stimulate students to learn by heart the repertoire. Every week we study a new tune, memorize it, improvise on it and analyze its melody an harmony.

With a Degree from the Manhattan School of Music and 10+ years experience as a professional jazz musician and composer, Adam Lamoureux is an award-winning saxophonist based in New York City. Adam has performed at Carnegie Hall, Jazz at Lincoln Center and Stanford University and has composed music for multiple films, one of which featured Academy-Winner Whoopi Goldberg.

My Background I've been playing with classical ensembles and rock bands since 2001. Even though I started on classical trombone and rock guitar, I have come to expand my repertoire to a variety of instruments and genres. During my time in college I performed with the University choir, orchestra, and band.
