I am a clarinettist and bass clarinet specialist with 10 years of teaching experience. As a performer I have a versatile background, having performed traditional orchestral, opera and chamber music as well as contemporary music, musical theatre, film recording and pop music shows.

Dr. Lauren Kinane (she/her) is a Long Island based clarinetist and educator. As a clarinetist she has performed with the Atlantic Wind Symphony, Sound Symphony Orchestra, the Stony Brook Contemporary Chamber Players, Pioneer Valley Symphony, the MezzoBlasto clarinet quartet, the UMass Amherst Faculty Winds, and the UMass Amherst Graduate Woodwind Quintet.

I am a passionate and versatile music educator specializing in clarinet, saxophone, piano, and ukulele. As a multi-instrumentalist, I bring a broad musical perspective to my teaching, helping students understand not only how to play their instrument, but how music works as a whole.

I’m Xale Slusser, a Los Angeles–based bassoonist and oboist with degrees in performance, composition, and ethnomusicology from Ohio Northern University, the California Institute of the Arts, and UCLA. I teach Bassoon and Oboe (all levels) as well as Saxophones (SATB) and Clarinets (Sopranino–Contra Alto).

Overall Teacher of the Year on Lessonface! Alison holds a Masters in Music Ed. Fun, experienced & patient teacher. Alison has taught over 20,000 lessons in various instruments and voice to over 550 students in private lessons and small groups, in person and online. Her students range from age 3 through adults. James Gereige is a lifelong learner whose studies bridge Berklee College of Music and SRH Berlin, with academic training and professional experience spanning performance, composition, sound engineering, and music direction. He brings a balance of strong technical skill, musical sensitivity, and real-world experience to his teaching.
