Sopio is a New York-based jazz and contemporary vocalist and educator from the charming city of Tbilisi, Georgia. Sopio is an assistant professor at the Tbilisi State Conservatoire. She teaches jazz vocals to students pursuing their degrees. Sopio holds vocal performance workshops and classes around European higher education musical institutions.

Beginning piano lessons at age 4 and voice lessons at age 12, I have over 20 years of formal voice and music training and I've been performing for over 30 years.

I am a Berklee College of Music graduate with a vocal principal and a double major in Songwriting and Contemporary Writing & Production. I have been a recording and independent artist for over six years, with extensive performance experience at venues including the Berklee Performance Center (BPC), Nublu NYC, and various college showcases.
