Ryan is an experienced multi-instrumentalist and music teacher with over 15 years of experience, both online and in person. He studied at the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts), where he earned an MFA in Music Composition. At CalArts, Ryan explored experimental approaches to performance, pushing the boundaries of how instruments are "meant" to be played.

I have been a music educator for more than four decades, teaching all levels from cradle to “almost grave!” My primary teaching on Lessonface is the mountain dulcimer and lever (Celtic style) harp. Iryna was born in Odessa, Ukraine. Her musical education began at the age of five and continued for a more in-depth, and detailed violin study at the Odessa College of Culture and Arts K.D. Dankevich. After graduation, she studied at the Odessa State A.V. Nezhdanova Academy of Music and obtained both Diplomae of Bachelor’s Degree and Master's Degree in Violin Performance.
