Hi there! My name is Katelyn, but you can call me Kate. I have been teaching English for 12 years. I spent some time teaching in China (I can speak a tiny bit of Chinese), and now I am back in the USA to teach online! I have taught ages 4 to 80 at almost every level. My goal is to help students become confident with their English.

I'm a mum with a passion for learning, teaching, and encouraging others to do the same! I have taught for 22 years in urban public schools, elite private school and tutoring academies, and my own homeschool. Currently, I develop my own curriculum and teach crochet and writing classes at a non-profit learning community alongside other dedicated educators.

Making art all my life, I began working as a professional artist in my home town, the Wildwoods, NJ, painting murals for local businesses and set backgrounds for high school plays, as well as teaching private and group art lessons.
