Dr. Yee-Sik Wong Yee Sik, a native of Hong Kong, China, began accompanying ballet classes in 2007 while she was pursuing her D.M.A. in Piano Performance and Pedagogy at the University of Iowa. Since then, she has played for the Tulsa Ballet and the Kansas City Ballet for 15 seasons.

I am a master teacher focusing on the classical repertoire along with the very strong approache to improvisation. I am really helping each single student to achieve their interests in music rather than focusing on teaching one particular method.

Bethany Svec is an accomplished pianist, vocalist, composer, and math instructor. Currently not teaching cello, though would coach a cellist or cello student who needs further work, Early Music technique and/or interpretation and/or help with the Alexander Technique.

I believe that every individual learns music skills differently. As a teacher I seek to design lessons that provide each student with the opportunities to grow in a creative and enjoyable way. Providing a customized schedule for each student is essential for engaging and encouraging musical growth.
