Hi, my name is Daniel Canario, I’m a Drummer, percussionist, producer and educator from the Dominican Republic based in the DR. I’ve playing drums for about 15 years, teaching drums and percussion since 2015 and teaching music in a elementary school since 2021. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Contemporary Music Studies from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña, Santo Domingo.

I’ve been playing drumset professionally and teaching private drum lessons for over 15 years. Proficient in all styles, I’ve performed in everything from rock cover bands and big band jazz to funk and Latin ensembles. My career has taken me to cities including New Orleans, Dallas, Atlanta, and across Mexico, where for the past five years I’ve been gigging full-time along the coast.

I started playing the trumpet when I was ten, and I've been hooked on music ever since. I started Seattle Drum Studio in 2011 when I started teaching so I could pursue music as a career full time. I'm excited that I get to provide a fun and engaging environment for students of all ages and playing abilities.

I studied classic percussion at the La Plata city Conservatory with the master Ernesto Ringer (Colon theater percussionist). I studied drums with the master Horacio Gianello and Hindu percussion (tabla) with the master Sanjay Badhoriya and Armony with the master Horacio Moscovici.

Recognized as one of the most outstanding percussionists of her generation, Michelle has collaborated regularly with the Orchestra of the Teatro de Bellas Artes since 2017, performing in numerous opera and ballet productions under the baton of some of the most renowned conductors in the field.

In a fun and engaging atmosphere we will develop the tools of musicality. I'm as comfortable with an absolute beginner as an advanced student. I've been a professional drummer and keyboardist for 17 years. Thirteen of these were touring with Ringling Brothers & Barnum and Bailey Circus. I've performed on cruise ships, in clubs and bars, and in concert halls.

Lindsay graduated from Berklee College of Music in May 2016 with a B.A in Professional Music, and was a featured drummer in the annual commencement ceremony concert. While at Berklee, she concentrated on Drum Set Performance and Music Business. Her education also strengthened her skills in Music Theory, Harmony, Ear Training and Songwriting.
