I am a qualified jazz, classical and contemporary piano teacher with over 18 years of teaching experience. At the age of 17, I completed a UNISA grade 8 classical piano qualification (cum laude) and participated in the UNISA Music Scholarship Competition.

I am a master teacher focusing on the classical repertoire along with the very strong approache to improvisation. I am really helping each single student to achieve their interests in music rather than focusing on teaching one particular method.

Hi, I’m Taryna! Music has been part of my life since I was a child — I started playing guitar when I was 8 years old, and it quickly became one of my favorite ways to express creativity. As an adult, I finally reached a lifelong goal of learning piano as well, which gave me a deep understanding of what it feels like to learn a new instrument later in life.

Dr. Yee-Sik Wong Yee Sik, a native of Hong Kong, China, began accompanying ballet classes in 2007 while she was pursuing her D.M.A. in Piano Performance and Pedagogy at the University of Iowa. Since then, she has played for the Tulsa Ballet and the Kansas City Ballet for 15 seasons.

Hi! My name is James Halkias, and I’m a college student offering private piano lessons for kids and beginners. The summer is the perfect time to see if your kid is interested! I’ve taught for over 4 years at a local music academy and volunteered with music programs at inner-city schools and have offered private lessons for multiple clients.

Why are we called to sing? We sing to commune with the depths and heights—the full range of life, but also the Life beyond the self.
