Fede is one of the best guitar teachers I’ve ever had the pleasure of learning with. His energy is so warm and welcoming it’s almost like you’ve known him forever! This coupled with his ability to simplify the things I’ve struggled with for years makes him the ideal teacher for students of all learning levels.

I have taken other guitar lessons and felt discouraged. But I always feel hopeful after a lesson with Collin

Fede is the best! Our son loves him. He makes guitar fun - makes him want to jam! We highly recommend him to anyone wanting to learn guitar. Our son can improv blues now and loves to play and sing his favorite songs at just 7 years old. He adores Fede and looks forward to seeing him each week.

I had Such a great time jamming with you you open my eyes up a lot regarding my new guitar I want thank you so much for taking that time to educate me and just allowing me to do the song showing me how to put it together where it actually made music that was so exciting. You are such an awesome teacher. You really open my eyes up a lot you’re encouragement makes me so excited to go forward so much more excited about practicing and trying my hardest. I wanna thank you so much for checking out my guitar taking the time to make sure I got a good price and a good guitar. You are so cool. I really really like you As as a teacher you really open my eyes up a lot. and the times that I doubt myself, you only encourage me. You’re so awesome thank you so much. Can’t wait for the next lesson.

Christopher is the best. I’m an amateur, self taught guitar player who’s been playing for years. I asked Christopher to help me understand how “it all fits” together; ie practical music theory. After only a couple of lessons I can envision Christopher’s plan and where we are going. I should have done this at the beginning of my guitar journey, but I didn’t know Christopher then. Better late than never. I highly recommend Christopher. He is not only knowledgeable, but personable and exudes enthusiasm. I trust him completely as mentoring my journey to next level guitar playing.

What is the best method for learning Guitar ?

We're biased, of course, but at Lessonface we believe the best way to learn Guitar is through one-on-one lessons. Personalized instruction means your teacher can tailor every lesson to your goals, learning style, and skill level. Online group classes can also be a great way to make learning fun and social. Learning Guitar online makes it easy to stay consistent, which is essential to steady progress.

There are plenty of apps and YouTube videos out there to help with learning Guitar, but most teachers agree that those resources work best as supplements to, not replacements for, one-on-one instruction. A skilled Guitar teacher can identify bad habits before they become ingrained, help you focus on what matters most, and solve problems as soon as they arise, often saving you months of frustration and wasted practice time. The bottom line? A real teacher accelerates your progress and keeps you on the right path from day one.

How do online Guitar lessons work?
Online lessons are effective, affordable, and accessible. Lessonface qualifies teachers in over 300 music, language, and arts subjects, including Guitar. Students can browse teachers' profiles, send them messages, and book lessons securely through Lessonface. Lessons happen via Zoom links that are securely generated for each lesson, and can be easily recorded by the teacher. Recordings, notes, and attachments can all be accessed from within the Lessonface dashboard. Lessons can be booked one at a time, in packages, or by subscription to save a spot on the teacher's calendar. Lessonface hosts recitals, open mics, group classes, and self-paced courses too. Registering an account is free so it's easy to get started reaching out to find your ideal instructor. Contact us with any further questions!
How do I find the best teacher for me for Guitar lessons?

With over 100 qualified Guitar teachers who have together earned an average of 5 out of 5 stars over 483 lesson reviews by verified students, you can be sure to find a great instructor at Lessonface.

Lessonface offers free tools to help you find the ideal tutor for you or your family:

  1. Use the open filtering system
  2. Use our matching service to describe your background, scheduling preferences, and any particular goals, and qualified Guitar teachers will respond.

You can view teachers' bios, accolades, rates, send them a message and book lessons from their profiles.

Many teachers offer a free trial, and you can book lessons one at a time until you decide you prefer to book a bundle or subscribe, so don't hesitate to try. Teachers may also offer group classes, self-paced courses, and downloadable content, so there are more ways to get started while you're still getting acquainted with the community.

How much do Guitar lessons cost?
Guitar teachers on Lessonface set their own rates. Rates are displayed on the teachers' profile pages and in the checkout process prior to booking. Teachers may choose to change their rates for new bookings, and students will always be notified prior to making payment. The average paid for a Guitar lesson on Lessonface in the past 12 months was $33.26. The average paid for a Guitar lesson 5 years ago was $30.84. Some Guitar teachers offer a free trial lesson to new students, which are not factored into the average prices.
How does payment work for Guitar lessons?
There is no fee until you book your first paid lesson. Many teachers offer free trial lessons. Students can opt to book one a time, or purchase lesson packages or subscriptions for scheduling convenience, and, depending on the teachers, a discount. Payment can be made by credit card or Paypal. Lessons booked with a subscription are pre-paid three days before the end of the month for lessons that are scheduled for the following month. Subscription payments can only be made by credit card (not Paypal). Teachers receive their payment after the lesson has been completed.
