Fiddle Tunes: Expand Your Repertoire!

In this course, you will work through a carefully crafted set of fiddle tunes designed to help you expand your repertoire within the bluegrass and old time traditions, giving you the tools you need to confidently step into a jam session and participate to your heart's content! Each chapter will include a video recording of a different tune, played at three different speeds, in order to give you the chance to pick up the notes by ear. For those who are not yet comfortable learning by ear, I will provide sheet music as well, that can be used in conjunction with the recordings. This course is designed for upper beginner level fiddle players, who have some experience playing, but are looking to learn common tunes. It may also be useful to students who are intermediate or advanced but coming from other styles of music, and wanting to dive into the world of fiddle tunes.
