Adam grew up listening to his dad practice trombone at home, and started playing clarinet in the fourth grade. In middle school, he started learning guitar and writing his own songs. I’m Xale Slusser, a Los Angeles–based bassoonist and oboist with degrees in performance, composition, and ethnomusicology from Ohio Northern University, the California Institute of the Arts, and UCLA. Though only 24 years of age (b. 1994), Ohio-born Benjamin Fryxell is already a seasoned veteran of the cello. He has given numerous performances over the years, and has concertized as a soloist with orchestras such as the Blue Ash-Montgomery Symphony Orchestra, the Kentucky Symphony Orchestra, the Seven Hills Sinfonietta, the National Repertory Orchestra, and others.

I am a cellist, specialized in Tango, Argentine folklore, contemporary music and education. Cello teacher at the C. Guastavino conservatory in Buenos Aires, the province's orchestra and choir program and the city's "music for equity" program.
