A graduate of Berklee College of Music with a degree in Jazz Composition, he is a masterful guitarist who also excels on the bass and piano. I'm a multi-instrumentalist, producer, and educator whose career defies easy genre classification. My roots stretch back to the mid-90s, when I started on blues harmonica, improvising alongside my dad as a pre-teen. That foundation in raw, intuitive musicianship set the stage for a lifetime of exploration.

As a multi-instrumentalist with over 20 years of musical and compositional experience, I am delighted to invite you to my unique style of teaching. I’m a versatile musician and educator with a strong foundation in performance, teaching, and commercial music. I hold a Master of Music in Commercial Music (Guitar Emphasis) from Belmont University and a Bachelor of Music in Music Education & Jazz Studies from SUNY Fredonia, where my primary emphasis instrument was trombone.

I have 20+ years with over 20,000 hours of musical instrument teaching experience and a total of 30 years of guitar playing experience with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from the Chicago Music College of Roosevelt University. I teach acoustic guitar (6 & 12 string), electric guitar, classical guitar, jazz guitar, ukulele, bass (5 string), and tenor banjo (Irish tuning).
