Hi, I am Luis Salas, a comprehensive Venezuelan musician, multi-instrumentalist, composer and producer. I play and teach guitar and electric bass. I graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2016 with a dual degree in Performance, Songwriting and Music Production. In addition, I was awarded the Latin American scholarship after my audition to get into Berklee. Prior to my music studies, I earned a degree in Business back home in Lima University in Lima-Peru.

A professional musician with over 10 years of experience, I graduated in Music at FASCS in São Paulo, Brazil. In addition to numerous other courses and classes over the years, including the Bass Camp in 2017, led by the great musician and bassist Victor Wooten. Over the years, I have played different musical styles such as rock, blues, samba, funk, jazz, bossa nova, R&B, punk rock.

I help students who need help due to the struggles they go through with their instruments. I love teaching private lessons because I believe in spreading the word to make the great gift of playing music available to many. I started teaching with the company Take Lessons in August 2011.
