Santiago Lurueña studied at the Superior Conservatory of Music of Badajoz under Professor Alfonso Pineda, Koninklijk Conservatorium Antwerpen, with Annelien van Wauwe, and early music at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussels under the guidance of Benjamin Dieltjens and Nicola Boud.

Ever since I heard my first performance of The Nutcracker at age 8, I knew I had to play flute. I attended some of the finest schools, including Interlochen Arts Academy and Peabody Conservatory, and studied with some of the greatest flutists and teachers. Through everything that life has thrown at me, music has been my constant.

Lea is a vocalist (soprano), pianist, and singer-songwriter. She studied at the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, in the studio of Vinson Cole and Dr. William Cotten. She also studied at the University of Houston’s Moores School of Music in the studio of Cynthia Clayton.

Oboist Nicholas Tisherman joined the Colorado Symphony as Second/Assistant Principal Oboe in September 2017. In addition to his appointment in Denver he has appeared as a guest with orchestras across the country, notably the Philadelphia Orchestra, Sarasota Orchestra, and Los Angeles Philharmonic.

Dr. Ana María Hernández is a passionate teacher and performer. Solo Piccolo and Flutist of Puerto Rico Symphony, she is an active international soloist, clinician and scholar. She has been featured in concerts and master classes in 15 countries in Europe, Central and South America, the Caribbean and the United States.
