Welcome fellow music lover! I look forward to diving into the music with you. Michael K. Harrist is a New York City based multi-instrumentalist and educator specializing in upright bass and yaylı tanbur. Michael performs in a wide array of world traditions including Turkish classical and folk music, Jazz, Western classical music, Hindustani music and American roots music.

I received my bachelor diploma in Guitar, Jazz and popular music from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota - I graduated with honors and my thesis on Jazz as transcultural phenomena was laureate. I later received my Master's Degree from the Conservatory of Music and Theater Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy in Leipzig, the oldest music conservatory in Germany.

As a multi-instrumentalist with over 20 years of musical and compositional experience, I am delighted to invite you to my unique style of teaching. Whether you are just beginning your musical journey or are wanting to expand on prior repertoire, my approach is fun and student interest focused. I conduct lessons for several different instruments and genres, all ages welcome.

Hello there! My name is Kaden Powers, and I teach jazz piano, composition, and music theory. I started seriously learning piano at the age of 17, learning various jazz solos, watching youtube videos, and briefly took piano lessons. I did not learn in the traditional sense. However, that does not mean I cannot share my wealth of knowledge with you.

Born and educated in Rome, moved to the UK to complete a course of academic studies in music, first as an undergraduate at Edinburgh University (Bachelor of Music with Honours) and then as a postgraduate at Huddersfield University.

Brad Stark is a pianist, composer, improviser, and music teacher. His piano music has been described as "Classical piano-perfection" by journalist and music writer Thomas L. Raukamp. He has composed music in several genres including contemporary classical, music for media, and his own unique classical style of piano improvisation. Brad has 16 years of music teaching experience.

Nicole DeMaio is a composer, performer, and educator who was born in Bogota, Colombia and is currently living in the NYC area. As a woodwind doubler, Nicole performs on flutes, clarinets, saxophones, and bassoon. She has recently worked as a substitute musician on Broadway’s “"Some Like It Hot", "Aladdin”, “1776”, “Kimberly Akimbo”, “A Strange Loop”, and “Beetlejuice”.

Overview: Cole Porter is a highly skilled and experienced guitar instructor with a strong emphasis on classical, rock, metal, jazz, and fingerstyle guitar techniques. With a solid foundation in music theory and a music degree, Cole has spent over two decades honing his craft and imparting his knowledge to students of all skill levels.

I work with 70+ students each week, both online and in person. I have a California Teaching Credential in Music (K-12), and I am a Royal Conservatory of Music instructor.
