Born in Modesto, California, she taught herself electric guitar at age 14, drawing inspiration from legendary guitarists including Jimi Hendrix, Eddie Van Halen, Prince, Steve Vai, and John Petrucci.

🎸 Hi everyone! My name is Maksym, and I’m a bass and guitar player from Ukraine. I have extensive experience performing with cover bands, orchestras, and artists, including Parfenyuk and Olya Polyakova. In addition to my performance career, I have many years of teaching experience working with students of different ages and levels — both online and in music schools.

I absolutely love teaching music! After over 20 years of teaching, performing, writing, and recording in all styles/genres, it continues to be a great adventure.
