Hey, I’m Joe! — Berklee College of Music guitar performance grad with over 30 years of stage and studio experience. I’ve played everything from smoky blues bars to festivals, and I still get the biggest rush watching a student nail their first solo or finally “hear” how theory actually works on the fretboard.

I’ve been learning and performing electric and acoustic guitar since I was 9, and I love to share its fantastic possibilities with all ages and levels of students. I also teach (and perform competently on) electric bass, ukulele, mandolin and piano.

Mitch Hood is a guitarist, songwriter, and producer whose career spans punk clubs to national tours. He broke out in the late ’90s with East Coast indie punk band Grandview, opening for The Click Five, The Ataris, MxPx, and Ghoti Hook.

I have began my studies at L'aula del Liceu y Berklee in Barcelona, Spain. After finishing my 3rd year I moved to Belgrade to work in the National Theatre for couple of years on various projects, including production. During this time I started teaching private lessons and also in groups up to 7 people.
