My goal is to inspire creativity, and a love for playing. I began playing the guitar at age 13. Classic rock bands such as Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, and the Beatles, as well as blues guitarists Stevie Ray Vaughn and Eric Clapton, are my early musical influences. My love for music really bloomed when I started writing songs, and performing in bands in High School and College.

Christian was born in Mexico City, Mexico. He discovered his passion for guitar at the age of 10 when he first listened to rock giants such as Santana, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Iron Maiden, among others. He took lessons and participated in as many concerts as possible all throughout grade school. Upon finishing high school, he began formal studies in music theory and production.

I am offering lessons on piano, bass, guitar, and ukulele for all ages and skill levels. I graduated from the University of Virginia in 2019 with a B.A. in Music, where I performed with jazz small groups and the Black Voices Gospel Choir.

As the 2020 Lessonface.com Teacher of the Year, I enjoy teaching students of all ages, skill levels, and backgrounds. I’m a guitarist, composer, and instructor from Mumbai, India specializing in progressive rock, math rock, fusion, and modern guitar techniques. I completed the Pro Performance Program in Western Jazz at The True School of Music, Mumbai, where I studied contemporary music theory, improvisation, ensemble performance, ear training, and advanced guitar techniques.
