Though only 24 years of age (b. 1994), Ohio-born Benjamin Fryxell is already a seasoned veteran of the cello. I started to play piano at the age of six. Since the beginning I had a strong interest to the creation and composition. Naturally as a teenager I started to study Jazz at the piano and at the arrangement. My trumpet player skills leads me to join Reggae and current music bands. Soon after I also started to play keyboards and Hammond organ in those bands.

I am a professional musician and anthropologist with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Music Stage Directing and a Master's degree in Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology. I have also specialised in Opera Dramaturgy and Music Analysis. My work focuses on the intersection of music, culture and history, combining academic research with practical application.

Dr. Bessmeltseva is a concert pianist whose performances span Norway, Brazil, Panama, Greece, London and United States of America. Dr. Bessmeltseva has appeared as a soloist and a chamber player at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall (New York, 2013 and 2014), Elebash Concert Hall (New York, 2009), Artemus W. Ham Concert Hall (Las Vegas, 2016). Dr.

I teach what is usually called "eastern piano", or "oriental piano". That is, techniques and repertoires coming from Eastern Europe, the Balkans, the Middle East and North Africa. I have lived, studied and worked as a musician and musicologist in the United Kingdom, Italy, Switzerland, Greece, and Bulgaria. I write music for solo piano, the theatre and folk and popular orchestras.
