I began playing music when I was 8 years old and started playing professionally as a teenager. I started teaching in-person lessons in 1987 and opened my own studio 20 years ago. I have also been a faculty member at a local Fine Arts Center for 14 years.

Brent Davis is a cellist in the Fairfax Symphony Orchestra and a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he received a B.A. in Music Performance with Highest Distinction.
