Hi, I’m Travis Sykes — a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and music educator with over a decade of real-world experience. I hold a Bachelor of Musical Arts in Songwriting from Berklee College of Music, where I studied under department chairs in Songwriting, Harmony, and Bass Guitar, and attended masterclasses with legends like James Taylor, Paul Simon, and Victor Wooten.

I am a professional bassist, guitarist, singer, songwriter and recording artist. I graduated from Belmont University in Nashville, TN with a Bachelors of Music Business, with an emphasis on Recording and Audio Production, and spent several years running live sound and performing with bands in Nashville.

Born and raised in Billings, Montana, I am entering my fourth decade as a music teacher and theater coach in Eugene, Oregon, where I remained after graduating from the University of Oregon School of Music in 1994. I have been playing guitar for over 30 years, and teaching for 28. Hailing from Santa Clara, CA, I was introduced to music and the arts at an early age. I was first introduced to music by my grandfather, who gave me multiple instruments to play. These instruments included mandolin, violin, harmonica, piano, drums, and guitar.

Sam has been teaching for 5+ years in Australia and the U.S.A. in a wide range of capacities including private tuition, group classes, curriculum development, concert planning and production and performance coaching for individuals and ensembles. He has worked extensively with young children and teenagers while maintaining a client base of adult students up to 60+ years of age.

Hi there! My name is Donny. I'm currently 32 and have been playing live music, teaching, and producing for 12 years. Since I was as old enough to play anything I knew it was my favorite thing to do. I'm a local performer in the Southwest Florida area, playing music from most decades, ranging from rock to folk, blues to jazz, metal to classical, and everything in between.

My goal is to cultivate excitement in my students and keep learning fun and interesting. We will focus on what it is that gravitates you to the guitar, and break down what you will need to learn to gain the freedom you are looking for. My aim is that you will always continue to pick up the guitar on your own out of the joy of playing, instead of feeling like you have to.

My full range of musical services includes live solo performance, band performance, orchestra/pit performance, session recording, music director, concert production, arranging, songwriting, composition, and musical education. I started performing professionally as an acoustic and electric guitarist in the mid 80s.
