Abby Douglas began her intense studies in viola performance at Wheaton College Conservatory of Music, where she studied under the leadership of Professor Rose Armbrust Griffin. Abby continues to pursue opportunities for growth in her craft, and she will begin graduate studies at Texas Christian University (TCU) in the fall of 2025 under the study of Dr.

Valerie is a sought-after professional musician and teacher, currently working as Principal Viola in Lohja City Orchestra. She has played in prestigious orchestras in Finland and abroad as well as being a dedicated chamber musician and improviser, with a particular interest in projects combining multiple creative fields.

Lindsey received a doctorate in Music and Music Education from Columbia University's Teachers College. She has over 20-years of teaching experience with individual and group instruction, ages 3-50+. She finished her Masters in String Pedagogy and Performance at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Heather received her Bachelor of Music in Viola Performance from Valparaiso University and her master’s degree in Viola Performance from The Hartt School of Music. She is a registered Suzuki Violin teacher and has completed training courses with Edward Kreitman, Nancy Jackson, Doris Preucil, and Teri Einfeldt.

Taylor Sapanara has been teaching privately for 8 years. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Viola Performance from Arizona State University and is currently pursuing a Master's in Viola Performance from University of Colorado, Boulder. She has studied with viola pedagogues Susan Dubois, Jeffery Irvine, Carol Rodland, Nancy Buck, and Erika Eckert.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me! I had an interest in education at a young age. After heart surgery left me unable to participate in sports or recess in the fifth grade, I became a teacher’s assistant, and my love for teaching began to blossom. In the sixth grade, I began playing the viola. I went on to become viola section leader in high school.

I'm a Singer, Violinist/Violist and Pianist graduated with a full schoolarship at Berklee College of Music - Boston. I'm fishing my Master's program at VIU - Spain. I have shared stage with very important artist like Susana Baca, Joyce Moreno, Milton Nascimento, Pablo Ziegler, Jacob Collier, Bill Whelan, A. R.

I am a professional violist and I also teach violin and viola students from the age of 6- 18. I have Suzuki and Traditional Method training. I am very interested in guiding interested violinist/violist on an enjoyable journey to learning the necessary technique and repertoire .

Courtney Vega-King began her violin studies at age six and has enjoyed playing the violin since the early 1990s. In her formative years Ms. Vega-King participated in various honorary orchestras and summer programs. While earning her bachelor's degree at Emory University, Ms. Vega-King served as assistant principal second violin with the Emory Symphony Orchestra.

I'm glad your curiosity about the violin has led you here-- here's a little about me... After graduating from Oberlin Conservatory, I’ve followed my violin all over the world. I’ve been lucky enough to play with Wynton Marsalis at Tanglewood, support artists like Luciano Pavarotti, Josh Groban and Andrea Bocelli in huge stadium shows, and even tour with popular bands like ODESZA.
