Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me! I had an interest in education at a young age. After heart surgery left me unable to participate in sports or recess in the fifth grade, I became a teacher’s assistant, and my love for teaching began to blossom. In the sixth grade, I began playing the viola. I went on to become viola section leader in high school.

Hi violinists! I am excited to starting or continuing your musical journey with you. As a classical and experimental violinist, I look back at many years of teaching and playing music with all kinds of musicians all over the globe.

I am a professional violist and violinist with over 30 years teaching experience, originall form Wales. In adition to violin and viola to students from 4 to 74, I have also performed & recorded with Quincy Jones, Natalie Cole & Ricky Martin, amongst other artists.

Anna Lipkind-Mazor, Violin Following her recent debut at the Berlin Philharmonie,Netherlands/Spain-based violinist Anna Lipkind-Mazor was hailed as a modern-day priestess of sound—an artist who breathes music with body, soul, and silence, enchanting audiences from the very first note with her luminous presence and profound expressivity.

Leo is a violist pursuing a five-year BM/MME degree at the renowned Johns Hopkins University Peabody Institute, with a focus on performance and music education. Majority of his studies in music was as a violinist. Leo switched viola during his high school. He equally played both violin and viola in orchestras during High school.

Brendan Lesavage is a violinist currently residing in Northeast Pennsylvania. Mr. Lesavage enjoys a versatile career as a cross-genre musician, educator, and composer. His performances have taken him everywhere, from popular restaurants to the highly esteemed Carnegie Hall, across all of Northeastern Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. Mr.

I am a dedicated and passionate musician with extensive training and experience in both performance and teaching. I began my musical journey at the age of four, guided by my parents, who are both musicologists. Over the years, I have honed my skills in violin, baroque violin, viola, and baroque viola, supported by a strong foundation in music theory.

With over 25 years of teaching and performance experience, I am passionate about fostering musical growth and personal development through violin and string education. I hold a Master of Music in Violin Performance from the prestigious Rotterdam Conservatory (2001) and a Bachelor of Music from the Sweelinck Conservatory in Amsterdam (1999).

My name is Lara, I’m 25 years old and originally from Melbourne, Australia, though I’m currently based in New York City. I have eight years of experience teaching violin and viola to students ranging from pre-schoolers to high schoolers, both in person and online. My mission as a teacher is to nurture confidence and creativity in every student—both musically and personally.
