Needle Felted 2-Layer Seascape with Kristen Walsh
About Needle Felted 2-Layer Seascape with Kristen Walsh
Learn 2-dimensional needle felting techniques while making a beautiful seascape. Students will learn the importance of size/perspective, color choice and blending of colors in order to create a seascape that “reads” well. Then students will make a 2nd layer for their seascape. Adding a layer suddenly brings even more depth and interest to the “wool painting.” Students will also get the chance to play with texture by creating rocks and trees on both layers of their work to make their wool painting come alive.
